Good COP, bad COP?

COP12 - the UN conference on climate change, took place from the 6-17 November in Nairobi, Kenya. The I Count event in London on 4 November created the public pressure for change, did governments respond in Nairobi?

The conference is in a shiny UN centre. It feels like being in a goldfish bowl and, like fish, the delegates seem to move in large shoals and break off to negotiate discreetly in corners. Read more >>
