Rachel lives in Uganda where 1 million children orphaned by AIDS share similar stories.
What did you do as a child?
Rachel's teenage years have only just begun. But already she's facing some of life's bleakest moments: the death of both parents, loneliness and worry, the unexpected role as head of a household of six younger ones.
You worked wonders last year - our Work a miracle appeal raised more than £2.7 million and enabled us to start ten new projects - moving us closer to our goal to stop HIV and AIDS from destroying lives.
