At Tearfund we unfortunately do not have the capacity to offer international internships to students or recent graduates.
We occasionally offer internships to candidates with significant professional work experience, including experience in people and project management. Applicants need to have proven leadership ability and some overseas experience. When available the internships will be advertised on the jobseekers section of our website
However, recent graduates or gap-year students may be interested in Tearfund’s year team where you can spend a year based in a local community church or project. Running from September to August, with placements around the country, it includes a two/three-week overseas trip to visit a Tearfund partner in the developing world.
