The Gift Aid scheme allows Tearfund to claim the basic rate of tax back from the Inland Revenue for any net gift. This means that we can claim an extra 28p for every pound donated.
To qualify for Gift Aid you will need to be paying an amount of UK tax equivalent to or above amount that Tearfund will be reclaiming from your gift.
