What's it all about?

Just People? has been developed by Livability and Tearfund as part of the Micah Challenge UK, a coalition of Christian organisations and churches in Britain united in their concern to fight poverty. It's designed to help church communities discover how tackling poverty and pursuing justice, both locally and globally, are at the heart of Christian mission.

What's in store on the day?

In response to requests from churches, we'll be holding a training event for Just People? on the 18th June. The day is designed to help churches prepare for the course, and to provide inspiration from what other churches have done. will be fun and interactive and will take you through the material, how it works and answer any questions you have. For more information about the course please visit the Just People pages from our website.

Is the Just People? course included in the £20 delegate fee?

We wish that we could include it! Sadly, because of production costs we are not able to include it in the fee for this training event. The course is available for £25 from our resources zone.

We are Christians passionate about the local church bringing justice and transforming lives - overcoming global poverty.
So our ten-year vision is to see 50 million people released from material and spiritual poverty through a worldwide network of 100,000 local churches.
