Simply go to www.justgiving.com/tearfund/raisemoney and create a personalised web-page. Friends and family will be able to donate online with a credit or debit card - no more running around with paper forms! Call 0800 028 6183 for more details. Justgiving retains a nominal administration fee of five per cent of the total given.

Download a sponsorship form (PDF, 395K), Black and white version (PDF 250K), along with a cover sheet, then return the form to us with your donations. Sponsors can increase their donation by almost 30 per cent if they’re a UK taxpayer and are willing to make a Gift Aid Declaration. The covering sheet explains this in further detail.
