The Transform Team are a group of passionate and motivated people, keen to ensure that your trip is a life-changing and memorable experience for all the right reasons. They spend many a weekend at orientations and most of the summer at the festivals around the UK, but when in the office they enjoy nothing more than a good cup of tea/coffee and one of Matt’s delicious cakes!

Sarah Wriglesworth, Team Leader
Sarah – aka Wrigles or SJ - has worked at Tearfund since the beginning of 2007 and joined the Transform Team in May 2011. Sarah loves to travel and see what God is doing in the different corners of the earth! She has a passion for Justice, People, Action, God, Family, Friends, Fun and Life! Journeying with people as they explore God’s heart for the world around them is one of the biggest privileges ever!
Matt Currey (a.k.a. Mr Kipling), Deputy Team Leader
Matt joined Transform having himself been transformed on a trip to Kenya. He loves enabling people to travel and encounter God, His world and His people in new ways. He is married to Hazel and they have 2 fantastic children. He makes exceedingly good cakes, loves music and most sports. He plans to take on an epic discipleship adventure in 2012 to help celebrate Transform’s 40th year!
Corinne Munday, Programme Co-ordinator
Rarely seen out of black and purple, Corinne can be found muttering to herself and inanimate objects around the office and South London... but beyond the crazy is a passion for enabling folk to travel, experience poverty first hand and build relationships with those they meet.
Jo Dew-Jones, Programme Co-ordinator
Jo joined Transform in June 2011. Having had many thrilling globetrotting experiences herself, she knew that a job helping people get involved in overseas communities was for her! A particular joy for Jo is seeing Transformers encounter God at work in different ways. Jo is a keen singer, runner and baker (but can’t quite rival Matt C on the latter). Future plans include hitchhiking from Alaska to Argentina.
Sue Towler, Team Leader
Sue ended up in Transform by mistake thinking that Transform team leader meant being a permanent team leader on a Transform team! (What a great job that would be!) Despite the rookie error, she has stayed for 10 years. Sue is inspired by the thought we can see and feel God’s Kingdom right here and now: in the people we meet and in the world around us, more often than not in the most unexpected (and sometimes unwanted) places. Living a life that is courageous, passionate, and inspiring is Sue’s passion for every Transformer. Sue is currently on leave to spend some time with her family.
