'Dear Jean, I know that we didn't meet very often, but you were there and now you are not, which makes me sad. I will miss Birthday and Christmas cards, our occasional re-unions when we recalled our days at Uni, and old friends. I will miss your regular postcards from exciting holiday destinations, your sloping handwriting, but above all your friendship and chats with a fellow pharmacist. Thank you for being such a good friend. '
