Fundraising Form

How can I Run to Beat Poverty?

Step one: choose your challenge. Complete your own personal running challenge or sign up for an organised event. Here’s a great place to start if you’re looking for an event.

Step two: consider getting your friends or family involved – you can encourage each other throughout the challenge.

Step three:once you’ve decided on your challenge, or registered for your event, sign up to fundraise for Tearfund by setting up your JustGiving page. We’ll be in touch to send you your very own Tearfund running vest and water bottle.

It's a big ask to run 5km to help people living in poverty. But then again, Beth isn't your average six-year-old. This is Beth's story.

Why should I get involved?

Poverty isn’t going to end itself – each one of us has a part to play. Run with Team Tearfund and together, let's finish poverty for good.

Now is the time to help beat poverty

Around the world, conflict is rife, climate change is forcing millions from their homes, and one in ten people are still living in extreme poverty. This is not God’s plan.

Your running will make a difference. The money you raise will empower people to lift themselves out of poverty, live transformed lives, and fulfil their God-given potential.
