The church, both here and overseas is central to Tearfund's work.
Last year UK and Ireland churches provided 11 per cent of Tearfund’s income. We want the church in the developed world to empower the church in developing nations.
It is easy for your church to support Tearfund. We will keep you informed of the amazing things your money is achieving.
You will receive regular resources With informative printed materials, videos, leader’s guides and much more.
You can browse the packs available and order them online at our church resources page where you will find a wide range of other resources for churches. You can also book a Tearfund speaker.
There are plenty of other ways in which your church could get involved with Tearfund: take a look at our volunteering opportunities, prayer resources, or resources for youth groups.

Connect Your Church
Connected Church is Tearfund's way of linking your church with a church overseas, currently doing amazing work, with Tearfund’s help.
We have a wide variety of partners to choose from, all over the world.
You support your partner church through prayer and giving. In turn, we will keep you updated with regular updates on important projects your church is involved in.
We will also give you ideas for engaging your church and community, and offer you ways of connecting with the people you’re supporting. You can even go and visit your partners and see the work first hand.
Together we will bring good news to the poor, produce sustainable results, and build lasting relationships. Go to connected.tearfund.org to find out more.
