The Justice Conference launches in the UK

The Justice Conference is being launched in the UK, hosted by the international Christian relief and development agency, Tearfund and partners.

Founded in 2010 in the USA The Justice Conference has become a global movement with events taking place in seven other countries around the world this year, uniting thousands of Christians to explore social justice issues.

The conference will take place on the 2nd - 3rd November 2018 at The Drum at Wembley, London, located in the greenest public buildings in the UK1. The full conference programme will be announced in the upcoming months, speakers already confirmed include: Key Wytsma, The Justice Conference Founder, Pete Greig, 24-7 Prayer Founder, Dr. Ruth Valerio, Global Advocacy and Influencing Director at Tearfund, Professor Robert Beckford, Professor of Theology and Culture in the African Diaspora and Micah Bournes, Spoken Word Artist.

Jo Herbert, Conference Director at The Justice Conference said: "We are so excited to be bringing The Justice Conference to the UK for the very first time. Over two days of worship, keynote talks, creative arts and discussions we'll explore the theology of social justice, wrestle with some of the burning issues of our time and seek God on new ways he is calling the UK church to respond to injustice."
