Five steps to success

Step 1: Get signed up

Signing up here will let us know you're doing the challenge so we can cheer you on. We’ll also send you loads of useful info to help you make the most of it.

Step 2: Get teamed up

This is all about community – taking on the challenge together to help beat poverty. Who can you invite to do the challenge with you? More people = more support, more fun and more impact.

Step 3: Get the programme

All the exercises are listed on a handy schedule that we'll send to you once you've signed up. There are three levels of difficulty, and adjustments for anyone who might not be able to perform a particular exercise, so you can take part whatever your level of fitness. It also contains tips on how to warm up, stay hydrated and more! If you are choosing to do 21 daily sit-ups, don’t worry about following the schedule, just get ready to sit-up with style.

Step 4: Get fundraising

When you sign up, a JustGiving page will be created for you. You can then share this with your family and friends (and your family’s friends and your friends’ families) – all the money donated through JustGiving will automatically go to our work helping transform the lives of people like Jessy.

Step 5: Get going!

Each day has its own video tutorial to help you out if you are following the daily schedule of different exercises. You can share your progress on social media with the hashtag #21for21, or join our Facebook community. Why not set yourself a fundraising target to aim for each day as well?
