Are you passionate about ending poverty?

Then we’d love you to join us as we work overseas with local churches and partners to put an end to poverty and injustice.

Across the world, Tearfund is unlocking the potential of local churches and communities. Together, we’re tackling climate change, food shortages, HIV and people trafficking, and delivering improved access to clean water, education and healthcare.

Tearfund Go gives you the opportunity to be a part of this transformative work. A placement with us offers a unique opportunity to gain a fresh perspective and see God’s love in action.

Testimonials

'This placement changed the way I view the world. It has been an amazing experience, learning from another culture, and meeting the people who live there.'

Emma Stonehouse

'As a retired scientist and medical secretary, spending two weeks volunteering overseas was the perfect opportunity for me with my wife Christine. From learning how to farm God's way, to visiting slum communities and running craft activities with children, it was an experience we'll never forget.'

George Hill

'Volunteering as a family made it very special, and UHDP took great care of us. They believe that exposing children and young people to development work sows vital seeds for the future.'
