You want to do more exercise. You also want to help beat poverty. Why not combine the two? That’s what 21 for 21 is all about. Get sponsored to take on a new exercise challenge every day for 21 days. You can choose a different type of exercise every day, or keep it simple with 21 sit-ups every day for 21 days.

The money you raise will go towards Tearfund’s poverty-beating work around the world. With three levels of difficulty for the different exercises on our daily schedule, there’s a challenge for everyone – whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned pro. Or will you be going for the title of being the best sitter-upper?
