Reason #5: You!

Tuesday 15 March marks five years since the start of Syria’s brutal war. Let’s join together this week to counter despair and bring back some much-needed hope for Syria.

Without you, our wonderful supporters, none of this work of spreading hope would be possible. Zeina, a mother of six in Lebanon, asked us to pass this message on to you:

‘We really appreciate the food parcels that we receive every month. Thank you for supporting us with these. There are so many things we wouldn’t have bought or would cut short on if we didn’t have the parcels from you. Without your help we couldn’t pay for the kids’ medical care.

‘So I would like to say thank you to all of you who support us. If you didn’t help us with this food, we would be in a bad situation right now.’

However you are involved – whether by praying, donating, sending messages of encouragement or by simply taking the time to read this and learn more – because you care, you are a reason to have hope for Syria.
